How to get a DEP Discharged Letter?

I already inform my old recruiter that I wish to dep out and even sent a letter. He was not very happy about this. I was told that I was discharged but I never received a discharged letter. I want to know how can I confirm that I was discharged, without asking my recruiter about it since I dont think he wants to deal with all of that.
