Is this a good example of christian logic?

if somebody does something bad like kill, rape etc, and you ask why didn't god stop it "he doesn't interfere with free will", but if a doctor saves someones live and you ask why do they thank god "well god gave us medicinal care and the doctor worked trough god's will". is this a good example of how the christian mind lies to itself?
