Neighborhood dogs and brats are running wild in my garden and,?

I put up a electric fence as a deterrent that worked wondrously well. The dogs learned fast and the kids screamed bloody murder! Both their parents are out for my hide now and tell me they will get a court order for me to remove that fence! Since the argument someone has egged our house and destroyed my wife's shrubbery. I now feel we are under a siege!
