Help on my castle essay?

i am writing a paragraph on intresting things they put in castles. like things with history behind them such as this example . (“The Muiderslot is one of the best preserved castles in the Netherlands”. The stairs were deliberately built so that the staircase turns clockwise and has uneven steps. This was so that it would be difficult for right-handed attackers when the castle was under siege) can anyone find facts like this PLEASE?! its due tommorrow
