3 weeks 4 days strong positive pregnancy test?

At 12 dpo I took two first response pregnancy test and they both very quickly became a strong posotive. I have scheduled a dr. appt to confirm these test results but I was wondering what the chances were of actually have concieved twins since my tests were so quickly positive with such a strong positive line?
