Will my plant grow in this type of weather?

so i live in ireland and i germanated my seed i now have it in the pot out in my garden with a see trough plastic box over it because its rain will the rain destroy my little baby plant its only been in the pot since last night plus its a bit could out side to day i dont care how bad the plant turns out as long as i get a few buds of it in a few months but can some one please give me a few outdoor tips because my parents wont let me grow weed so i have to grow it in my backyard
