Go back to the doctor and get them taken out. Don't try to take them out yourself - you could rip open that part of the wound and it could get infected. If you have lighter colored hair, I would wear a hat. Once a cut/scar becomes sunburned, it can stay darker than the rest of your skin so it could show through your hair.
