What are the people's opinion's today about the Branch Davidians?

i have to write a proposal for class and hypothetically i am a private business owner and have been askd by a group of anonymous ppl to build a memorial for the Branch Davidians that died during the siege, but i have to consider what people today think of the insident and how that would affect our company and our reputation.
