PLZZZ HELP!!.....MY EX BF..?

my ex is goin trough some stuff with his family like he has a really bad home life and he smokes weed and he wants to kill himself and i tell him i love him and i would always be there for him cuz i will...but now we r mad at eachother and he says i lied about caring about him but didnt!! cuz i still like him and i will always be there for him.... but he said he woulnt except my apology cuz he said i didnt say it to his face and hug and kiss him like i always do.....and i jus want him to know that i do care for him but he wont talk to me..?!?!!?
