My Dog just ate a lot of chicken bones??!!?

I just looked trough out my window and saw my dog eating chicken bones, that somehow got into my Garden, someone probably gave him -.-... And he ate almost everything "SOMEONE" gave him, I managed to run outside and throw the rest of bones that where on the floor, but he already ate a lot... Does anyone know what can I do now???
