Is dps dhamtari frenchised with dps delhi?

A new school with name of delhi public school opened in last session at dhamtari district (chhattisgarh) .large campus,attractive bldg. & so many things.a trust named chaitanya mahaprabhu runs it.the logo of DPS delhi is used in so many things but some activity & decisions of management raises questions .how can i confirm the truth of it ?any number to call/
