How do i make him know i like him?

Okey,well i like this guy..and we're talking trough facebook,(i know him in person tough)...since like i never really know what to talk to him about,i asked him if he wanted to play the "question game" & he said no :c is that bad?,doe she not want to talk to me? well i really like him,& he commented one of my pics on fb so....ugh idkkkk what to doo! comment pliss:)
