Christians, how do you explain Deuteronomy 28:53?

Dude, the OT can be weird sometimes. It talks old and odd, due most likely to the translation. But from what I can tell, The "Fruit of body and flesh of sons/daughters" could mean the rewards of your labor, and the rewards of your kids labor. The siege-end refers probably to a difficult time or something to that effect. So, put it together, and it basically means that God will reward you if you've worked hard when bad things go down.
