US Visa with a foundation Degree and childcare jobs?

HI, I'm 24 and would love to go work in the USA for a year ortwo. I have being looking into visa and found the HB1 via which seems to be the best to try and get trough sponership or sponserswhip agencies. However i belive you need a maters to apply for this (I only have a foundation degree) is that right? Also my field is childcare I am a nursery nursery and would be looking for work with children, nanny seems to be a fairly abundant one however I would want to be a live out one. Does anyone know any agency sites who send live out nannys abroad?
