I just purchased OneTouch Ultra glucometer. I was told by the dealer that:?

the reading in this meter for fasting sugar should be between 80 to 130 mg/dl. PP should be less than 200 mg/dl. Is this correct. Kindly confirm the correctness as the container was open and he said it was opened for checking. Thanks
